Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Near Shore.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify data and reporting needs through interviews and workshops
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories to guide technical teams
• Act as the primary communication link across business units and technical teams to ensure alignment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with Power BI and enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SQL)
• Experience in Agile environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence
