Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Portal (pipeline).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
• Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans for clients
• Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts including configuration and development
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and software for quantitative analysis
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
• Experience in motivating teams and communicating technical ideas effectively
