Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Business Controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist business leaders with key risk activities during discovery, design, and implementation of new initiatives
• Execute compliance-related projects, including interpreting regulatory requirements and updating project documentation
• Design and implement controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor control performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk, internal audit, or regulatory roles within the banking industry
• Knowledge of consumer compliance regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of general banking products
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and articulate complex concepts clearly
