Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to facilitate complex projects in the Banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate complex projects from proposal through post-implementation and ensure milestones are met
• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and conduct research analysis of complex data
• Serve as a mentor for less experienced staff and coordinate testing activities for major system implementations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 years of operational/business analytics experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge of the application/system being supported
• Experience with SIT and UAT test management/coordination, preferably with loan servicing systems
