Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on business systems and operations
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiencies and modernize processes through technology
• Document workflows, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and client onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required
• 5-7 years of previous similar work experience in IT, project management, or related fields preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages preferred
