Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA certification required
• 8+ years of experience in financial consolidation and accounting leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; Oracle ERP and FCCS experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and process improvement initiatives
