Required Qualifications
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Proven experience in developing and implementing client programs in the ABA industry
- Leadership skills for training and managing entry-level staff
- Compliance with criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations
- Passion for enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and special needs
