Digital Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Developer responsible for course creation and online course delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Learning Experience team to create engaging digital learning experiences
• Coordinates digital development configuration within the LMS and builds eLearning components
• Supports usability, accessibility, and quality assurance across digital learning components

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology, Computer Science, IT Systems, or related field preferred
• Four plus (4+) years of experience in instructional technology, e-learning design, or related field
• Experience with LMS content management and online course development
• Working knowledge of instructional design theory
• Expertise in the use of eLearning development tools
