Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process Workers Compensation claims to determine benefits due
- Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority
- Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
- Active adjusters license and experience handling California workers compensation claims
