Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise various procurement and revenue-side agreements
- Update or create legal policies, contract playbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Conduct web and legal research to support compliance programs and educate the department on regulations
Qualifications
- J.D. with a license to practice law in a US state, ideally California
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house and law firm work
- Strong contract drafting and redlining skills
- Experience with legal drafting standards for negotiating commercial agreements
- Highly organized with project management skills
