Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary Commercial Contracts Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise various procurement and revenue-side agreements
• Update or create legal policies, contract playbooks, and standard operating procedures
• Conduct web and legal research to support compliance programs and educate the department on regulations

Qualifications

• J.D. with a license to practice law in a US state, ideally California
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience, including in-house and law firm work
• Strong contract drafting and redlining skills
• Experience with legal drafting standards for negotiating commercial agreements
• Highly organized with project management skills
