Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain product-related documentation and terms of service
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to assess and mitigate legal or regulatory risks
• Advise on legal issues related to product development and support go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years post-JD experience in fintech, payments, or technology sectors
• Strong drafting skills for technology and financial-services documentation
• Experience with blockchain or crypto-related legal matters
• Proven track record in supporting global product launches and navigating compliance challenges
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
