Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict
• Gather and organize documents, evidence, and legal research for cases
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York
• Experience in insurance defense litigation is preferred
• Knowledge of legal research tools and case management software
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance litigation
