A company is looking for a Director of Dispute Resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Arbitration solution and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients and stakeholders
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives based on industry trends
- Manage departmental budgets and staff performance, providing leadership and direction across various operational areas
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 2 years in a leadership role
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Knowledge of provider billing and collection practices, as well as effective negotiation principles
- Ability to make decisions with limited data and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including advanced MS Office skills
