Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Manager to join their Contracts & Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract agreements from pre-award through closeout, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Support proposal teams in preparing compliant subcontractor packages and structure subcontracting approaches
• Monitor subcontractor performance and administer modifications, ensuring contractual compliance and risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts, Legal Studies, or related field (Master's or JD preferred)
• 5-8+ years of subcontract management experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, SBIR, OTA, IDIQ, and subcontracting best practices
• Experience in drafting and negotiating subcontract agreements and flowdowns
• Strong understanding of cost/price analysis and compliance
