California Licensed General Liability Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial General Liability Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and settle large exposure commercial general liability and property claims
• Prepare written status and large loss reports for clients
• Direct and monitor defense counsel to settle litigated claims

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience handling commercial general liability claims
• Adjuster's License Required
• NY License (preferred) or willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Knowledge of current case law, statutory law, and DOI regulations applicable to claims practices
• Proactive and independent with a strong capability to manage multiple responsibilities under deadlines
