A company is looking for an Industrial Water Growth Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client management and development while serving as a technical expert on projects
• Support the development and growth of the Industrial Water process team across various market sectors
• Manage technical coordination and leadership roles on complex projects and lead business development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 15 years of experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment
• Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant field is preferred
• PE license is preferred
• Experience with multinational industrial clients and collaboration across regional teams is preferred
