Required Qualifications

• Active nurse practitioner license in California; multiple state licenses preferred
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required
• Experience with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, with a minimum of 2+ years in the field
• Strong clinical background in evidence-based care
• Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
