Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for a panel of up to 275 adults with Opioid Use Disorder
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in clinical meetings and practice improvement activities
• Utilize a web-based EMR platform to manage patient care and coordinate additional services as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice medicine & DEA license in the home state, with eligibility for multiple state licenses
• At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience in relevant medical environments
• Telehealth experience is preferred
• Ability to share on-call responsibilities, including coverage for company-observed holidays
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
