A company is looking for a Senior Claim Adjuster to evaluate and process insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage, liability, and potential damages
• Review policy terms and issue clear coverage position letters, including reservation of rights or denials
• Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and negotiate fair settlements within company and legal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) or Juris Doctor with admittance to a relevant State Bar
• Proven experience as a Claim Adjuster or in a similar role within the insurance industry
• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to claims handling
• Relevant certifications (e.g., claims adjuster licenses) and willingness to obtain additional licenses if needed
