Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Senior, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and multi-state tax returns and deliver quarterly tax estimate projections
• Review and adjust QuickBooks Online financials and oversee client document collection
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements while communicating with clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of tax and accounting experience
• 4-year degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred
• Experience with multi-state returns; foreign tax compliance is a plus
• High proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Ability to supervise and quality-check bookkeeping work
