Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Program Manager to lead its multi-state virtual programming with a focus on operational excellence and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the growth and execution of multi-state virtual IOP and PHP programs while ensuring compliance with clinical standards
• Provide clinical supervision and support for virtual program clinicians, including professional development and performance evaluations
• Manage financial and operational aspects, including program growth targets and optimization of virtual workflows

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Active license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) in CO with at least 3 years post-independent practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical virtual care management or program leadership
• Proven track record in strategic planning and team management in a healthcare environment
• Proficiency with virtual care platforms and EMR/CRM systems
