Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Lead business and technology analysis while providing CRM domain expertise
- Oversee client architecture initiatives and ensure successful project delivery
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce or AWS ecosystem
- 2-3+ years of solution design experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect
- Significant experience with Salesforce products, especially Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Experience interfacing with offshore partners and handling multiple engagements simultaneously
- Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to achieve additional certifications
