Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Service Cloud Voice/Amazon Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
• Lead business and technology analysis while providing CRM domain expertise
• Oversee client architecture initiatives and ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce or AWS ecosystem
• 2-3+ years of solution design experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect
• Significant experience with Salesforce products, especially Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Experience interfacing with offshore partners and handling multiple engagements simultaneously
• Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to achieve additional certifications
