Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Education & Coding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews provider documentation and provides feedback for improvement
• Analyzes medical record documentation and trends in coding
• Supports Senior Provider Education Specialists and performs special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent required
• At least four (4) years of coding experience and two (2) years of auditing experience
• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field preferred
