A company is looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Builds and automates capacity and scenario planning models to support service and efficiency standards
- Analyzes workforce metrics to manage retention rates and improve contact center capacity planning
- Produces reports evaluating resource capacity and identifies improvement areas based on demand
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent experience
- Ability to prioritize, perform independent decision-making, and manage time effectively
- Experience in Excel with charts, graphs, and writing formulas
- Familiarity with PowerPoint is preferred
