A company is looking for a Capacity Planning Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Builds and automates capacity and scenario planning models to support service and efficiency standards
  • Analyzes workforce metrics to manage retention rates and improve contact center capacity planning
  • Produces reports evaluating resource capacity and identifies improvement areas based on demand
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to prioritize, perform independent decision-making, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in Excel with charts, graphs, and writing formulas
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint is preferred
