Capital Markets Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Capital Markets to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations across its ETF platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of contact for authorized participants, market makers, exchanges, and broker-dealers
• Oversee daily ETF trading activity and develop strategies to enhance liquidity and efficiency
• Support derivatives risk oversight and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degree or professional designation preferred
• 7+ years of experience in ETF capital markets, derivatives trading, or related risk/operations leadership roles
• Expert knowledge of derivatives instruments and their role in ETF investment strategies
• Strong understanding of SEC regulations, ETF structures, and investment fund compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Excel, risk analytics platforms, and market data tools
