Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate posting of funds to consumer accounts via multiple payment mediums
• Resolve research requests and process unapplied funds and payments for liquidations
• Review daily reporting to balance and reconcile batches while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in cash management processes or relevant mortgage servicing departments
• Knowledge of cashiering processes and consumer protection laws impacting escrow operations
• Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center equipment/software programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
