Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation for accurate and compliant charge capture
• Educate departments on government regulations and coding requirements
• Analyze and modify charging/documentation procedures in high-risk areas

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certifications in coding required upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of collection experience or physician billing experience required
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and manage multiple priorities
