Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing documents for compliance with regulations
• Verify the accuracy of final Closing Disclosures and loan documentation
• Collaborate with loan originators, underwriters, and title companies to coordinate closings

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in mortgage loan closing, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans
• Proficient with paperless mortgage file systems; experience with Encompass LOS preferred
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
