Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and enhance efficiency within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly payroll for 900+ employees and transition to a streamlined HRIS
- Process and validate timekeeper inputs, handle payroll corrections, and manage special pay adjustments
- Partner with leadership on compliance, process improvements, and system upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required
- Experience with weekly payroll for large employee groups
- Strong knowledge of job costing, fringe benefits, and union payroll
- Proficiency with payroll compliance including 941s, 940s, W-2s, and deductions
- Familiarity with payroll system transitions; Spectrum experience is a plus
