Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lease administration tasks including abstracting leases and monitoring tenant compliance
  • Prepare annual budgets, perform CAM and tax reconciliations, and review monthly financial statements
  • Provide general administrative support and manage various reports related to retail management
Required Qualifications
  • 3-8 years of experience in retail lease administration and accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of retail leases and landlord/tenant obligations
  • Proficiency in lease administration and accounting for retail tenants
  • Experience with Yardi software is essential
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
