Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master V to facilitate the work of a Scrum Team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coach a Scrum Team on the Scrum framework and practices
• Guide the team in executing Scrum practices and managing the Product Backlog
• Remove impediments and promote continuous communication to enhance team dynamics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
• PMP certification required
• CSM or equivalent certification required
• MUST be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a drug and background check
