Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargeback Analyst - Portfolio Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Manager in identifying first payment defaults and down payment chargebacks
• Submit accurate and timely chargeback responses to aid in dispute resolutions
• Monitor post charge-off collection vendor performance and remittances

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs
• A willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
