Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Scholar Achievement Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive significant gains in scholar achievement across multiple schools or large-scale instructional programs
• Lead and support school principals and leaders in implementing effective educational strategies
• Ensure commitment to educational equity and excellence in the Los Angeles area

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university (master's degree or doctorate preferred)
• At least seven years of progressive leadership experience in secondary education
• Experience as a school principal or leader with a track record of improving scholar achievement
• Experience in large urban district- or network-level roles overseeing multiple schools
• Commitment to educational equity and excellence in Los Angeles
