As we expand, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team and play a key role in our continued success while potentially earning over $125K in their first year. 

Position Overview:                                                                                                             The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing territory strategies, and achieving revenue growth across the Gainesville, Ocala, Deland, Daytona and surrounding areas. Essential functions: 

  • Provide professional, organized, and effective sales leadership to Sales Executives.  
  • Responsible for holding the Sales Executives accountable for all City Wide policies, including the behaviors required to achieve the results needed to accomplish the sales goals. 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. 
  • Responsible for meeting your own personal sales objectives as defined in your compensation plan. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead regional sales strategy, pilot new initiatives, and drive consistent revenue growth 
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team through ongoing coaching and performance management 
  • Serve as a hands-on selling manager, actively managing a top account list  
  • Oversee CRM usage and optimize sales processes using City Wide’s technology tools 
  • Review and approve sales bids, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation 
  • Build strong client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and market expansion 
  • Monitor sales metrics and align team goals with broader business objectives 
  • Stay current on industry trends and share insights to improve strategy and execution 
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Gainesville, Ocala, Alachua, or Starke, Florida 
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role 
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics 
  • Industry experience preferred but not required 
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.

  • $90,000 Base Salary 
  • Performance-based bonuses and commissions – top earners exceed $125,000/year
