A company is looking for a Claims/Monitoring Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze submitted warranty product claims to determine eligibility based on policy terms
• Proactively monitor system performance and provide technical support to contractors and homeowners
• Serve as a liaison between contractors, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient claims resolution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in solar installation or a technical background in solar energy
• Demonstrated proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting solar energy systems
• Strong project management fundamentals
• Confident working with data to improve operational performance
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
