Client Accounting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Accounting Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Import and classify payroll-related transactions and resolve discrepancies with clients
• Review account statements and reconcile asset portfolios for accurate financial reporting
• Ensure data accuracy in the proprietary system and assist in reviewing complex assets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new information
• Experience in fast-paced, mid-sized companies is a strong plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
