Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Quality Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze clients' quality data to recommend strategies for improvement and manage project plans to meet quality goals
  • Drive the client quality strategy across all business lines and serve as the primary point of contact for quality matters
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality initiatives and lead client meetings to review quality reporting


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent education/work experience; HS diploma or GED required
  • 5 years of experience in managed care or Pharmacy Benefit Management in roles related to client engagement, compliance, project management, or quality improvement
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Client relationship management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare Stars, Medicaid quality programs, or QRS is advantageous
