Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality and Safety Manager, Patient Safety & Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and document clinical incidents reported by staff, ensuring continuous improvement
• Assist in coordinating responses to large-scale patient safety events requiring cross-functional collaboration
• Analyze safety data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and clinical best practices

Required Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent years of experience
• Current RN licensure
• 5+ years of experience as an RN, with 1-2+ years in virtual care
• 1+ years focusing on patient safety and risk management
• Relevant certification in patient safety or risk management preferred
