Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated testing protocols for the PROTECT case management system
• Create test plans and documentation, and assist with application testing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure code quality and provide user training and support

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of QA experience with manual and automated testing
• Experience with automated testing tools and systems that handle sensitive data
• Proven ability to create and execute test scripts and document findings
• Experience implementing automated test tools from scratch
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability
