Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review invoices for accurate formatting, pricing, and billing in collaboration with the Program Management Department
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for franchisees related to data transmission
• Act as a liaison between program customers and franchisees to resolve problems and enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Comfortable with business mathematics and understanding financial statements
• Ability to read and interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations
• Experience in solving practical problems in non-standardized situations
• Highly organized with strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred, with two years of related experience preferred
