Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually test the mobile app and website for functional, visual, copy, and usability issues
• Report and track bugs and defects in JIRA, collaborating with QA lead, product managers, and developers
• Test the mobile app across multiple devices and e-commerce site across various viewports and browsers

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in manual Quality Assurance Testing of websites and mobile apps in eCommerce
• Good knowledge of JIRA and other QA/development tools
• Understanding of Agile workflow and development methodologies
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, and product managers
• Passionate about improving customer experience
