Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst - Quality to support performance improvement efforts in value-based care programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze program performance data and develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights
• Support the design and evaluation of initiatives aimed at quality improvement and cost containment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistency in data reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related roles
• Familiarity with healthcare performance frameworks such as HEDIS and Stars
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Understanding of healthcare delivery systems and quality improvement concepts
