Clinical Communication Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PRN Clinical Communication Specialist to join their Results Communication Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Relay urgent and non-urgent medical results across physician practices and hospital systems
• Facilitate communication between referring physicians, radiologists, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical information and follow-up on results transmission

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Radiology technology experience
• Previous experience with EMR and PACS systems is required
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
