Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premier Service Associate to support clients with their investment needs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
• Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations
• Deliver a responsive client experience by providing accurate information and proactive follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required
• 2+ years of financial customer service experience
• Strong understanding of operational and investment needs of customers
• Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
