Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of case reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
- Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current and from reputable sources
- Assist in resolving client complaints and provide support to the Quality Assurance Department
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of clinical or related field experience preferred
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management, is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory values
- Must be a qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M
- Full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance is necessary
