Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate II to join their Functional Services Provider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and planning for meetings, events, and training
• Lead the dissemination of announcements and training materials related to clinical system updates
• Co-lead project team meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain action/decision logs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field
• 2+ years of practical experience with clinical trial administration preferred
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks within clinical research
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
