Job Summary

A company is looking for a licensed Doctor of Optometry to work remotely in South Dakota.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients using patented remote technology in licensed states
• Communicate with patients through specialized video conference technology
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with support from Ophthalmic Technicians

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Valid Doctor of Optometry license in South Dakota
• Experience in tele-optometry is preferred
• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
