Licensed Behavioral Health Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison to serve as a liaison for external groups and providers regarding clinical information.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and present program results, developing data-driven analysis and metrics
• Partner with staff and departments for provider education and outreach, identifying gaps and developing educational efforts
• Implement and manage procedures for tracking and resolving operational issues between the provider network and community

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health
• 4+ years of experience providing behavioral health outpatient care in a community setting or independent practice
• Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse
• Experience with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement
• Licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or LMHP is required
