Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant, Construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Construction
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with contractors and vendors
- Prepare and organize construction-related documents including contracts and reports
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of full-time work experience, preferably in a construction company
- Graduated with honors from a reputable college is a plus
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi experience preferred
