Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant, Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Construction
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with contractors and vendors
  • Prepare and organize construction-related documents including contracts and reports
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of full-time work experience, preferably in a construction company
  • Graduated with honors from a reputable college is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Yardi experience preferred
