A company is looking for an Executive Assistant - External Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support for the executive, serving as the central point of contact
- Manage daily calendars and arrange meetings and team events
- Organize travel arrangements and create expense reports for the executive
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Administrative experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
